Refund policy
We are committed to providing the best quality and value in our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns and offer a full refund under specific conditions.
Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your item. Please contact us via email to initiate the return process. Once approved, we will provide you with a return label. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Since our posters are printed on demand, we cannot accept returns if you order the wrong size or change your mind after the order has been processed.
Please ensure you are certain about your purchase and select the correct size before placing your order!
Our products are of high quality but are delicate by nature. We discourage purchasing multiple items with the intention of returning a portion. Please note that return shipping is always at your own expense, and we do not provide return labels.
- Products can only be returned if they are still in their original condition and packaging. Used products, or products damaged by the customer will not be eligible for refund.
- Contact us by emailing support@posterist.co.uk with detailed reason for return and pictures or a video of the product that supports your reason. Upon approval you will receive the address of the closest warehouse where you can mail the product you would like to return.
- To assure your refund please use a trackable mail service, we will not be responsible for lost or missing packages. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
- Upon the receipt of your package, your products will be examined and a refund will be issued to your original method of payment. A refund receipt will be emailed to the email address you used when making your original purchase.
- All of our orders are custom-made, on-demand. When you order a poster, we will print it just for you. Please always double-check the print size before placing your order. We are unable to accept returns if an incorrect sized print was ordered or if you change your mind and request a cancellation after your order has been processed.
Late or missing refunds
Please understand that we issue refunds as soon as your refund request is approved - that means that the money leaves our account immediately. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. We have seen some credit card companies take up to 30 days to show that the refund has been put back on the card. How long does delivery take?
All orders are processed in one business day and the delivery under normal circumstances takes 2-7 business days thereafter. If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 business days after dispatch, please contact our support team at support@posterist.co.uk.
(This policy excludes errors made by customers when providing shipping details on their order(s) or missed parcel deliveries).
Please note that deliveries sometimes can take longer than the estimates mentioned above. We do our best to dispatch your order as soon as possible but the exact delivery times depend on the couriers and can not be guaranteed by us.
Can you provide me with a tracking number?
All tracking number will be emailed to the customer as soon as the tracking information becomes available.
What if the courier says my parcel has been delivered, but I am not able to locate it?
We send every parcel with a tracking number. If the tracking information says your parcel was delivered but you cannot locate it, we will open an investigation with the courier. We can't issue a refund right away until we clarify the issue. Thank you for your understanding
I've entered the wrong shipping address, can I change it?
If this occurs, please email us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to assist, but we cannot guarantee any changes, as our items are typically processed immediately after your order and shipped the same day or within a few days. Once your order has entered the shipping process, we cannot intervene.
Please note that we are not responsible for incomplete or incorrect shipping addresses provided during checkout. Our system processes orders automatically based on the information you supply.
Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order once it has been processed and/or shipped. If you cancel your order before it has been processed and/or shipped, you will be assessed a 15% cancellation fee to cover restocking fees and the charges assessed to us for refunds by the credit card companies.
Invalid Reasons:
- Buyer no longer wants the items. This is the most common example which we cannot honour if we want to continue offering great value at Posterist. The buyer should make sure he or she wants to buy the item(s) before submitting an order, not after. After an order is submitted, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order.
- Buyer found items cheaper somewhere else. The buyer should be confident that he or she is ready to pay the asking prices before submitting an order. After an order is submitted, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order.
